In this property, there was a leak on the cold feed to the fridge dispenser, causing visible water damage in the kitchen, hallway and surrounding areas.
The moisture meter profiling readings we gathered were at 99%.
All of the connections to the fridge had to be disconnected.
The washers were cleaned, including extra sealant being used to ensure that it was the most efficient repair.
Although the repair was successful but there was a small leak on the filter which couldn’t be repaired. Due to the filter being unrepairable, the client got a new fridge freezer which came with a new filter.
Our final report requested that 2 to 3 humidifiers/ air movers were placed within the property to allow for the moisture to be cleared.
